Basic but working well facilities. Clean. Cheap. Centrally located. Safe. Attached bathroom, not usually found in the smaller hostelries in city centre.

Would be good to have firmer pillows and a more cheery coat of paint.

Mira is a splendid staff, friendly and approachable. should reward her for being a very good staff. I travelled a lot and her service is up to par with a good 3-5 stars hotel. room was clean and adequate

nothing to like but few things can be improve example : toiletries not available and the water pressure at the shared bathroom is quite low hair dryer at the common area would be nice other than iron board and iron

It was just 5 minutes walk to jonker from this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and ensured that the room is ready for the guest.

A slight refurbishment would be good as the paint has chipped off and toilet in double room had stains.
