The location was excellent. Having free water was good but it was never cold. The bed itself was comfy and it was great having both Aircon and a fan in the room.

The shared bathroom was very dirty and not cleaned at all during our stay. We lost something under the bed and found it was very dirty and had not been cleaned in a while. We arrived very early in the morning and despite having a message to say we could check in early for 50MYR were told it was not possible to check in before 3pm.

The reception staff was really good, efficient and very helpful. The free upgrade of our room. The location was excellent! The room comfortable.

The shared bathroom needs to be cleaned more often. They need to give two keys for couples or families. Having only one key is very complicated. Also reception need to expand the hours of services, usually they started after lunch.

Love how its located exactly in the centre of Melaka, 3 mins walk to Jonker and everywhere! The staff was helpful, amazing stay and love the mosque right in front of the property!
