Kyriad Paris Nord - Porte de Saint Ouen

Welcome on arrival. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff were superbly accommodating and went beyond to help me work in the lovely garden area. I arrived 3hours before check in and decided to finish off some work before my meeting nearby. They brought out an extension lead to power my laptop without my requesting and made me feel most welcome. The room was comfortable and decent. The dining area was very nice and the garden was lovely in the warmth of Paris in September. As I wrote it was the helpful and attentive staff that were the stand out feature. Their kindness lifted my spirits after such an early flight and helped set me up for the meeting ahead. Excellent treatment.

The hotel looks new and nice but the bedroom floor is dirty, they didn’t mop, my kids socks is so dirty. For the rooms part problem: We have booked 2 double bedrooms and earlier receptionist already told us the room number and will be side by side. But when we get the key, the other receptionist gave us different room, one with one bed and one with 3 beds, and tell us, the room that should give us, already gave to someone else. Well, at the end they do have another 2 double bedroom, but I have no idea why they give us one bedroom first. Other than that, everything is ok.

They messed up with the booking first and had cancelled our booking, luckily they had a spare room at this busy season otherwise we would not have had any place to stay. After a long wait they confirmed the booking and then they provided a room which was already allocated to someone else. which we got to know when we tried to open the gate and someone else from the room responded suspecting why someone is trying to open. This too I had to figure out myself. Finally they provided a room which was not the kind we had booked and was supposed to be meant for disabled guests. Cleanliness of the room was poor. Daily room service only made the bed without even cleaning the sheets. They didn't clean the whole room for 3 days. Pathetic hotel service and overall experience.

We LOVED the night desk people but overall everyone was friendly. The rooms seem to need more careful cleaning and maintenance. The local neighborhood was interesting and not as advertised but getting around was easy.

Clean and nice room, but A/C control was not working so I couldn't change anything. Staff with checkin and check out had attitude that made me uncomfortable. The front lady was good

The aircon will be switched on only from june/july, and they dont put this info on their advert while booking the room. I have 3 nights during easter break and it was very hot outside and inside with 28 degrees temp and theres no aircon made our stay very unpleasant and uncomfortable. The staff were not very helpful. The room itself is cramped and no space to move around.

The staff was really pleasant especially Mattheu at the front desk!

Staff don't want to smile, seemed overworked and not supported. Check out took a very long time because there was one lady on duty only. The hotel is OK, but the internet was incredibly slow. You couldn't watch the TV as it was only web-tv. Glad I didn't need to watch a movie! Shower temperature kept changing from very hot to cold - ANNOYING!
