Kyriad Paris Nord - Porte de Saint Ouen

Very nice place, as described, just outside of paris

The only small area which was not as easy as it could be was the check-in, which took a while (not so much my personal check-in but the wait to get to the front of the queue). Apart from that the area is not the best, but based on y personal needs it was very convenient as it is close to our office in St Ouen.

Housekeeping cleaned my room and threw all of my belongings away

Check in was late.

Pros: - Secure car park for those that are driving - Near a Metro Stop (St. Ouen) - Rooms are fairly modern Cons: - A/C did not work. Raised with hotel staff. Were told that they had not switched on it as last weekend it was freezing - despite this weekend being in excess of 25 degrees. Cost savings made us uncomfortable. - Local area is not desirable. Homeless sleeping on the street and prostitutes working the roads. Wasn't a big issue for us but for those with children may be concerned. - Cheap hotel means it attracts all kinds - plenty of concerning individuals staying at this hotel during our stay. - Rude staff member. We had booked for Disney Land Paris and hadn't realised we needed to print our tickets. We asked Mr Slyvere Sodji to do this for us, but was told to wait whilst he seen to some non-guests that had just walked in. Over 45 minutes had passed and it was now past 1am in the morning - I approached him stating that it would take just 1 minute to print our tickets and that he should be prioritising paying guests, but he was just rude. We eventually got our tickets printed over an hour later. Unacceptable. Saw him the night after and he was still rude in his approach to dealing with guests. - Items of disrepair in the room - safe didn't work - raised it to staff but were told 'tough luck'.

Check in was late after a long day. Employee was miserable ..... so first impression was not good. Room was decent for the price. Location was close to subway. Easy access. Lots of construction in area. Staff was awesome after the first night.

Love the hotel, very clean, totally awesome and modern look! Very clean, the room is a bit small but reading about it, its the typical size for France. The hotel crew awesome, very cute nice and friendly crew able to speak 3 languages! Breakfast was great, a bit overpriced and way too much delicious food than i probably should have. A lot of great crosissants drinks and snacks. I would recommend eating around the corner as this is near to restaurants, bakeries stores and shopping centers. Excellent location not far from metro, do have to pass through homeless people under a bridge that pose no danger. The cleaning crew so friendly too.Will come again! Thank you

Room size is very small not much space and receptionist mention breakfast was not included better to double check everything when I aldready paid included.
