Kyriad Paris Nord - Porte de Saint Ouen

The room was small and bed was too big. We couldn't move around the room very well. I wouldn't recommend to my friends.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from metro and on the outskirts of Paris. On the walk you pass a few homeless. One of which made a beeline to us. The hotel is a little dated and needs paint etc. The room smelt of Urine and the main door security look was broken. The bathroom door didn't close. 15Euro for breakfast, better off eating out. The tea making facilities made me laugh, the cup is like the top of a aerosol cream bottle but thinner.

I stayed here for the 2014 Paris Marathon, but I didn't realize it was no where near the Expo or the actual race that was a mistake on my part. THE HOTELS DIRECTIONS FOR THE METRO IS "HORRIBLE!!" BE CAUTIOUS OF THAT The location of the Hotel has a few restaurants around, the locals are friendly and I loved the positive vibe. Unfortunatley if you're trying to go to any Clubs\Main Restaurants in Paris you're about 30-40 mins from any of those locations. I stayed with a friend so we got the bare minimum of a twin bedroom room. The AC did not work properly, the room is tiny and there is not refrigeratior. Other than that it wasn't a bad hotel but is definetly not in the ideal location

Nice hotel. A little far from the center. You need 30 min on the RER or metro to get to the city center. Had a security issue with the hotel. We forgot a pair of running shoes and a picture, and the items were never found. The hotel cleaners took the shoes and threw away the picture and reported to management as not having found anything in the room. When I contacted the hotel staff I felt like they did not care much about the items I forgot. They did not do everything in their power to find my items. The picture was more important to me than the shoes but now it's gone :(

This was great hotel to stay in Paris, right from beginning we was welcomed by nice and very friendly personnel. The room was small but very clean with the bath and shower. The receptionist was always ready to help and answer all questions related to how to get to particular place in Paris and offered free maps of Paris and Metro.

Hotel was fine as a place to sleep. Its location was OK but there were no reasonable restaurants in the area - only rather scruffy bars and a couple of bread shops. The hotel breakfast was expensive and the restaurant is closed at weekends so no use to us. Service was good but we didn't need much apart from checking in and out. The room was very clean and had all we needed. It was also extremely quiet which was a bonus. We would stay again as the price was reasonable compared to more central hotels.

Tiny room, several things didn't function (e.g. wi-fi in the room problematic with many interruptions, TV control needed new batteries, bathroom door didn't close, they charged for telephone calls that we didn't make, only one receptacle in the room for charging telephones etc.). The next day they moved us to another room because they could not repair bathroom door. I would not stay there if I new ahead of time.

The hotel was clean, rooms were clean. However, the room was extremely small. The first night we arrived and we were greeted by a gentleman that was not by any means friendly or gracious. We felt like we were walking on egg shells because. The maid knocked on our room door every single morning even though we had the Do NOT Disturb sign hanging on the door. We were distrubed every day.

For a 3* hotel in Paris this was ideal for jumping on the Metro for a 15 minute ride to the centre of Paris. On a whole the stay was quite enjoyable but we did have some security issues during our stay. The hotel is in a neighbourhood within a city so venturing out late at night requires the normal precautions to be taken. My only main concern regarding the hotel is that the use of the security boxes in reception is a must. During our stay, the padlock on our suitcase in our room had been forced open whilst we were out. Luckily all our valuables were in the safe box downstairs so nothing of value was taken. The only access to our room was by hotel staff with card keys so I would urge anyone staying here to take heed on this. All staff were questioned apart from a maid who was not working when we reported the incident.
