the hotel reception and restaurant is good. The room is a bit small but ok, it gave me a bit of a rash for two days, but I think its the cheap soap they provide, dont use it if you have a sensitive skin. The area is good to run trough to get your metro to the center

The other reviewers offered some scathing reviews of the neighborhood and, with that in mind and our cab driver's suggestion to watch for pickpockets in the neighborhood, we were glad to be aware of our surroundings. However we arrived back to the hotel by 9pm each night and were never on-edge. We were glad for the warnings but did not feel threatened; just aware as tourists should be. Metro walk 5 minutes or less, and Metro ride to Champs Elysses area 20 minutes; not at all bad. You get a clean, basic hotel for the price where other hotels closer into Paris Center are 2-5 times the price. Highlights: -reasonable price -easy trip to Metro -comfy bed -English spkg staff -thin walls -not best neighborhood, yet not as threatening as some are portraying

Great location for where I was working. Hotels ok. Food is not to my taste as they seem to undercook all the meat, but I think that's a French thing.

The hotel is in Saint-Ouen, a little suburb north of Paris, but the famous Champs-Élysées is only 4 metro station away from Saint-Ouen metro. Basilique cathédrale de Saint-Denis is also couple of metro stations away on the other side. Overall a cool place, as most people were very nice. In general immigrants in Paris are more friendly and warm compared to the locals. But you never know as life is usually a hit and miss.

Its a nice hotel,slightly small but may be that is what you get in that price range in Paris,but i definitely had a pleasant feel to it. The service was good, and the staffs were helpful especially manager Kris. The hotel is at a convenient location from nearby Metro. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to stay there again.

The front desk management was very supportive and exceeded our expectations. Great team work by the staff. We had one issue with the dining staff that was resolved in a timely and professional manner where a junior manager attempted to clse the breakfast bar an hour earlier than posted.

Loved staying in this hotel! Close to a mainline metro and main road into central Paris. Clean and comfortable with great staff, perfect for city break.

I was in a nice room, but small. It was clean, no problem. There was not any kind of frigobar (water, juice, etc..). Also the breakfast is a part (around 15 euros). But, in general, the hotel is fine. It is 5 minutes walking to a metro station - that´s important - the neighboor is also ok. Nothing special and it does not look unsafety. A pretty far from the Paris - Est (station to people that comes from Germany, others parts). I spent 17 euros by taxi to this point to the hotel.

Rooms were new, clean, and SMALL. It didn't bother us because we were out in about the entire time. The location isn't in the best part of town but for the price it worked.

Stayed there at the end of our trip in July. Very nice hotel - breakfast was good, wish it had more of a selection and price was a little high. I would stay there again.
