This place is horrifying. Lots small and big cockroaches. It was all neat and nice during the day and when cockroachea come out to play at night, it's horrible!! Host asked us to speak to the house manager/cleaner after reporting about the hygiene situation and stayed muted and did not respond further.

Modern finishes, secure and peaceful.

There were no hand towels in both bathrooms. Empty hand wash bottles in both bathrooms. Only one dishcloth.

The place has peace of mind. Everything is perfect . Definitely come back. The site manager Nolwazi know how to treat people. She has sense of humour. Bengimuhlupha but engadinwa

I like everything about Ballito hills

The location was good and the apartment is in a secure estate.

I didnt like that when we arrived at 2pm, the apartment wasn't cleaned yet. The house manager told us to wait at the Lifestyle center and come back at 4pm as the apartment will be clean by then. Even after returning to the apartment at 4pm, the apartment was still being cleaned. After traveling from 5am, all we wanted to do was rest and we couldn't do that. A whole afternoon wasted as we only got full access to the apartment at 5pm. There was no hand towel provided in the second bathroom. There were also no bathroom mats in either of the bathrooms. The tiles in the second bathroom were still dirty. There is no air conditioner in the apartment nor a fam provided in the living room. The clothes dryer was broken. We also found 2 cockroaches in the apartment.

Cleanliness ,linen and towels had a bad odour Kitchen and utensils was not clean
