Good location. Tight security. No noisy neighbors. Clean inside and out. Good facilities. Friendly house manager.

The access code system that they use was a bit inconvenient, but I guess it’s necessary to beef up security.

The house manager was very much demanding. Had problems getting codes to get in and out the gate . House manager requested we pay her R500 in order for us to get codes in the late evening cause she was partying. Only to find out she was to give us access to an app to request codes easily.. We where bothered by security in the late evening of friday saying they left their jacket in the house .I mean seriously.

The property is central, with many amenities, well decorated

The apartment was very dirty. Dust everywhere, rotten food in the fridge, hair on the floor and the bedding was not changed cockroaches. It looked like it was not cleaned from previous guests stay. I had booked it for my family that was visiting Ballito and I was so embarrassed with the condition of the apartment.

To get in and out of the promises it's hard.to get to the shops it's hard cause there is pin to allow u in and out for the duration of the stay

Everything we needed was there. Apartment was very clean. Security were friendly even our house manager ❤️♥️🙌

We were not allowed to make noise 😔, and my friends are very loud.

Safe, quiet, tight security. Clean, Beautiful and nice furniture.
