The location is great just of the offramp. The security is good. The noise levels were nice and low. Easy access from the parking to the apartment.

Many things to be honest. 1. The cleanliness of the apartment to start off with. Upon arrival every window and sliding door was left open. The dirt in the couch and under the couch. The Kitchen tiles by the stove was dirty as well as the tumblers and plates. The 2 towels that was only there in the entire apartment was dirty with hairs in it. 2. The communication barrier between the House manager. She has no etiquette and does not seem to understand English very well. I advised her that the braai area was not cleaned and of the leak from the washing machine she advised she would sort it out the next day. The next day when we called her she advised it was sorted out. However later in the evening when we called her to report that there was no electricity in the apartment she advised that no one came in the apartment. 3. On the evening when we got in there was no electricity the freezer part of the fridge was leaking. There was water everywhere, we then called to report that we are unable to find the TV remote if anyone else possibly came in the apartment we were first advised yes and then no. 4. The house manager then insinuated via WhatsApp that her charger was left there and is missing and she finds it strange that the remote and charger is missing. 5. The multiple codes to enter and exit, an access card should have been given and on the day of departure an exit code be given and the access card be dropped off. This whole process took a lot of time and many of the codes expire and every time you have to WhatsApp the house manager and wait to get a code.

We liked everything , the mall is so close. The security is tight on the gate . The Ballito Hills lifestyle centre what a place to be will come back again. Not forgetting the cleanliness house.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR BOOKING CONFIRMATIONS. Beautiful unit, awful experience. The host of the unit has zero people skills, zero customer service skills, and zero integrity. Upon booking we had requested to host a family braai and explained the purpose for gathering, the owner gave us the go ahead. Upon arrival we marvelled at the beauty of the apartment but soon we’re disappointed to find the oven had not been cleaned. The stench in it was revolting ( smelled like it had grilled fish and been shut for days). We didn’t complain, instead we cleaned every inch of it. I won’t mention the ironing board but if you are planning on staying here it’s wise to bring your own iron. Fast forward to next morning, the day of the said braai, we learned there’s a maximum number of codes per day (limiting moving in and out the estate), and suddenly we couldn’t host our family anymore unless we paid a R1000 fine. Day of checkout she calls and assured us there’s no need to rush we can relax and checkout anytime and apologises for the turn of events from the previous day, and begs for a great review. Next thing we know she bursts into the unit and claims we will incur additional charges on checkout because we’ve stayed long past checkout… to say our experience was awful is undoubtedly an understatement, she completely ruined our weekend. On arrival we were already planning our next stay but now we have no interest in staying in any of the units in Ballito Hills. Also this is the one worst stay experience we’ve had in this area ever.

The entire apartment was clean and classy. Manager was nice, security tight, not far far from the mall. All restaurants where nearby. Amsizing view

There was no chairs in the balcony. We needed to sit by the balcony and enjoy the fresh air.
