Nice interior and comfortable bed. The estate has several fun facilities to use like a pool, spa, paddle court.

The staff and owner ignored and took time to respond to my calls when I arrived and took a long time to open the gate. The staff was still cleaning the flat after our check in time, and there was no electricity until I contacted the owner, so we didnt hae hot water. There was no soap available and there were cocoroaches in the flat. The location is great and just 2 minutes away from the mall.

The location was perfect. The estate itself is nice,quiet and clean.

Arrived at around 12 and asked the host if early check in was possible. She insisted that it was okay. We got there, and she was still cleaning. We then told her we would return later. She advised that the linen was at the laundry due to rain. At 16h00,there was still no linen,we were at the shops at that point to allow her time to clean. We also started communicating with the owner as one of our kids wasn't feeling well and needed to sleep. The linen areibes at around 5 but the mattress protector was never changed. There is barely any cutlery,cookware or crockery .the curtains and walls has splatter especially around the bathrooms which was just disgusting. The pots which were available left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Honestly the place has such great potential if proper cleaning services can be sought and the kitchenware restocked.The beds make a squeaky noise by the way. I think the base is broken.mattress was comfortable but stained.

Client please stop stealing stuff because the owner is making sure that we feel that we home and he is buying expensive things.

The hosts were friendly and responded on time. The unit is beautiful, clean, and has great views. My daughter says that she loves the big screen TV. The complex has great facilities such as pool, entertainment, restaurant and definitely kids friendly.

I can't find a fault.
