Great view, lots of space

A beautiful location. The house has great facilities. The host is always quick to respond to queries and is very welcoming .

Having to leave

It was in a fantastic location with absolutely great views , spacious open & airy .

There was no instruction manuals for anything. Ie how to work the TV etc Or any brochures about the area or Auckland in generally expected in a holiday rental property. Luckily , this wasn’t our first Auckland stay , however it would have been handy to know what was available locally . Plus , when the question was asked to the owner re Smeg Coffee Machine we were told to watch a “YouTube video “ Not entirely the response expected. It would Of been nice also to have had some fresh Milk left in the fridge for guests .

The neighborhood and location is NOT GOOD at all! We’ve experienced some suspicious activity right outside the property. This whole area in Auckland is not welcoming and nice. We have no idea how the other commenters ignored the location. We felt unsafe and worried leaving our stuff at the house We highly recommend you to choose a different location. If roaming cars, drunk people and sketchy things going out of your property doesn’t concern you - this a great place

1.房子位于西奥克兰一处安静的住宅区，地理位置不错，离City开车20分钟，开车10分钟左右有华人超市和New World等新西兰超市。 2.房子面积足够大，尤其是有一个很大的草坪，有阳光时在院子里晒太阳很惬意。如果是一家人自驾出游的话在这里住性价比很高。 3.房子设施算齐全，厨具和调料基本都有，但缺少筷子和电饭煲，给房东留言后回复会尽快补上。 4.房东回复速度很快，有遇到不会使用的设施会立刻回复，这点很赞。

1.卫生状况有待改善，打扫时需要更仔细，入住时房间柜子及床头有灰尘，厨房垃圾桶有里一个房客留下来的垃圾以及一只死去的蟑螂。 2.院子里的座椅可以增加软垫，提高舒适度，也许是我们没发现。 3.建议可以再增添一个电磁炉。
