ZAGreat location and very spacious apartment. Nice free parking and easy to access elevators straight from the basement parking to your floor.
There were towels in the tumble dryer and dirty, smelly cloths left in the kitchen sink. No toilet paper and no bath towels(except for the ones on the tumble dryer). Mould on the master bathroom ceiling and extraction fan not working. One of the lights in the master bedroom cannot be turned off and there is kitchen paper stuffed in the light housing to try and dim the light(which makes little difference). There are cracks all throughout the apartment. Then a few small things: There is broken glass on the patio, the sliding door is broken(cannot lock or close properly) and the glass cracked. One of the tv remotes does not have batteries and one's batteries are flat. There were hair in the master bathroom sink upon arrival. The bathtub's drain plug does not work. Everything felt dirty and as if someone was in a big rush to clean/not clean.

Some unfair and untrustworthy staff at the hotel tried to create false accusations against us so that they get money out of us. Luckily the property manager managed to stand by us and sort the issue out.
