ZAWi-Fi was not connecting- TV was missing in main bedroom- living room was not the same as advertised. No amenities etc.

The owner of the apartment is not supposed to be managing this thing, hospitality is a no for her. Firstly we got there and there was no key, we waited until almost 3 saying they had to move someone. 2. There was no bar of soap, no tea or coffee that was not even a problem, the problem was the iron... I called her asking for an iron, she answered my call once until she started dropping it off in my ear... Please specify if a booking is private or part of the hotel... These private person experience was horrible.
