Everything: It is located right next to the Port Mathurin’s (Rodrigues Capital City) Bus Station, so every facility that you can imagine is nearby - banks, shops, markets, buses, taxis, you name it. The staff made my stay so authentic and fulfilling - Stenio and Christelle have been super welcoming, warm and trustworthy - that was irreplaceable. The bonus is that Bon Vivant Front de Mer is located in front of the sea. Such a serene place and very cosy - it is the best place for anyone who wishes to disconnect from the world. There is also a running track next to the hotel, so it’s pretty cool. I enjoyed how easy it was to walk to Anse aux Anglais beach.

Coffee was available in the room but no mini bar fridge to store the milk.

THe staff was very friendly but we had to move rooms twice due to water pressure and aircon problems. We really enjoyed the staff interaction and the food was some of the best in Rodrigues. The views are beautiful.

You can't really access the water to swim. there's a bank of rocks and no steps built to get in. They do not accept card payment which resulted in a very rude interaction with the owner as we offered to pay via EFT . Thereafter she demanded cash. We spent a lot of money supporting the food and beverages and we felt quite disappointed as to the way we were treated by her.

Great Location in Port Mathurin, staff are good, food is great, except that i prefer less salt. Place is cozy, airconditioning is available. Parking is also available.

The building needs maintenance. During my stay it rained for two consecutive night, and I was awoken several times during the night with the sound of water dripping on the metal roof. The rooms also need a small fridge for clients' convenience.

Hello all, It's a good place with a very good location,walking distance to shops, food shops,the big market and to bus stations. The sea front view is beautiful but unfortunately it's not for swimming,more for fishing and you can see the fisherman doing day walk fishing or night walks. The Food was Excellent, we had half board and i need to emphasize that the best part of our stay was the food, for breakfast and dinner, the 2 Chefs (sorry guys i forgot your name again my bad) were amazing and also Warren who was our dear waiter. The two girls that were doing the preps and cleaning, the whole team was very friendly and helpful. I like the fact that there was Air Cons in our rooms as it was very hot, the rooms were big which is a good thing. Once again thank you all to make our stay more pleasant. One or two things that we didn't like was: The rooms are very expensive for what it offers, the furniture's are made of pallets and the mattresses are not good.The room is very simple and nothing fancy at all, there is no value for money. It was raining and rain was getting inside of the front doors from the edges and corners of the doors and we had to put towels on the floor as there was quite a lot of water. Is there any chance to put some flies killers, the electric one's, there are flies every time you sit down to eat, hundreds of flies and it's not pleasant they keep on coming on the food and we all know how disgusting that is, wondering how it is in the kitchen...
