Spacious air conditioner worked

Disgusting! Cockroaches crawling out of every drain, every cupboard and even the fridge. So filthy could not use the kitchen at all. Tried to clean it myself but cockroaches just kept coming. Strange smell in apartment, quite a toxic smell that is then in all of ur clothes. After we booked and paid for the apartment we were sent a message to say could not use the pool, it’s only for Residents ( this is false advertising on their behalf). In addition, Whilst were there we noted signs everywhere stating that these apartments were not to be used as short term accommodations and to report it to authorities, if so. Making for a very uncomfortable stay, thinking we could be removed at any time.

Good location and good view.

Very uncomfortable sinking sofa. Limited & low quality kitchen utensils. Thin and old towels. Awful black stains at master room sink.

The place is clean

The incharge/cleaner staff a little bit rough in language(whatsapp) Im not sure but its cause me a little discomfort Im telling her Tht we heading to collect key, still buying stuff and bottled water for night(room no provide any drink, just kettle)in view of making my son's milk Then, i missed the calling from that staff because im paying at store, The message in whatsapp from the lady as below:- "Im going in to condo first, u all wait me lah i have alot of thing to do, since i wait u half hour already then u should wait me half hour loh, wait saja" (The word of waiting us half hour repeat many time) Anyway, i dont want cause any argument and unhappy， and just pass further key collection to my husband
