MYMy advice to this B&B owner would be to respond promptly to messages and communicate with guests in a more polite tone. We paid for this stay, and basic courtesy should be expected. Thank you. Here’s the ‘story’ I’ve stayed in many B&Bs and hotels, but this was by far the worst experience. 1. The B&B owner did not contact me with check-in details on the day of our stay. I had to reach out to her myself before leaving. 2. Around 11 a.m., she messaged me on WhatsApp to ask what time we’d arrive, and I replied that we’d check in between 8 and 9 p.m. 3. At around 4 p.m., I received another message from her asking me to go to her house to collect the key because her cleaning lady had forgotten to leave it in the mailbox. Her message said, “So you need to come to my house to collect it first.” I was honestly shocked. As a paying guest, I found it unreasonable to be asked to drive to her house in an unfamiliar area at night to get the key. I politely asked her if we could meet at the restaurant we were going to instead. Her response was, “I won’t send up anymore.” Eventually, we agreed that I’d pick up the key at a nearby petrol station (near to her house as she said) . Even though I was the customer, I felt like I was the one inconveniencing her. 4. At 7:20 p.m., I messaged her to say we were almost there. She replied in a voice message rudely and impatiently. 5. We waited for about 20+ minutes, and when she finally arrived, we couldn’t find her. At 7:50 p.m., she realized she had given us the wrong address—sending us to a petrol station far outside the city. We wasted time in traffic, and the elderly and children with us were tired and hungry. This entire situation ruined our mood before our stay even began. 6. In the end, she left the key at the restaurant we were going to.

VNIt was clean, modern and in a very nice neighborhood. The place is equipped with all the needed facilities except the a washing machine which is okay in our opinion since we didn't stay for longer. There were enough beds for a group of 4. The owner was nice and quite responsive when you asked her.
The heater in the master bedroom didn't seem to work. And the second bathroom's sink had mold. The place is in a very private area which means there is nothing going on. Make sure to shop before going back.
