5-BRS Villa Steps from Beach Cozy vibes

the place is cozy and the staff malak,marwa,heba and mahmoud are very decent and cooperative

The location and facility were great, the team were so collaborative with us Mariam, Hiba and Mahmoud are such a kind staff who fulfill all our requests.

Nothing, all description about the place is completely lie

- No private pool, and even the pool in the village is miles away and very dirty - No Wi-Fi available - Only one room has working AC - Beach is very far away, it will be a suicide to walk to beach in this hot weather - Villa (not really a villa) is not clean - Garden is small and not clean - No services nearby, not even neighbors - I tried to cancel the booking after seeing what disaster I'm in and get my money back, but it was a successful scam for the owner. Although I didn't spent an hour in the property the owner agreed to refund me only one third of my money after many calls and many days. - These people are not trust worthy, it is total scam. I just got robbed.

The compound, the location, beach & pool. The team managing the booking , Mariam is very helpful & supportive, Heba is very friendly & proactive.

The Villa can be better maintained to be more enjoyable

They provide the internet The access to the beach and the pool is easy

They have to renew the furniture cause many things was broken The have to improve the cleaning process The pool was too far from the villa, cant be reached by walk No restaurant and coffee shop near villa

The property location is great the beach is sandy and very good the place is huge and can accommodate for a large family plus the staff was very friendly and the hospitality was super they replied super fast to every thing we needed

Kitchen needs a little renovation
