Pros: A large villa Well-kept communal areas Great location and on-site shop/pizza van Great garden Beach was stunning Great security Great check-in process

Cons: The kitchen was very under.stocked and needed an upgrade. For a family villa, there was not enough cutlery and plates, etc, and what was there was dirty and broken. The lighting was poor for cooking. A lot of the plates and bowls had been used as ashtrays from previous occupants and had cigarette burns- we didn't want to use these to eat from. No wifi was available - A router was delivered but did not work. We communicated this with the villa manager but it wasn't resolved. This didn't impact our holiday as we had 4G, but it would have been nice as this was advertised Only two bathrooms had heaters/ hot water. .

A private villa with a private garden, 5 min walk to the beach where you can enjoy the sun and swimming. The pool is 5 min by car. The villa is good furnished with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is a very quiet place to have some relaxing time. The supermarket is 3 min walk from the village. The host, mr Mohamed was very welcoming and helpful, trying to arrange everything we needed. Mr Mahmoud, the one in charge of the villa, was very helpful and did his best to make us comfortable.

A little upgrade in kitchen equipment and bathrooms will make it more convenient.

Me and my family liked the whole experience at this Villa , it was clean , having all the needed equipments , also we loved playing and barbecuing at its garden.

Our stay at the BEACHSide Cozy Villa in Ain Sokhna was exceptional. It was our first experience in Sokhna and it's amazing. We usually go to Sahel but we decided to try Sokhna this time and booked Mohamed's villa We were very satisfied with the vacation First, the resort has a decent community, good security, and more importantly, a perfect beach and great swimming pool complexes. The villa has a nice private garden and is close to the beach. A good value for money, it deserves more. We are glad that we booked with Mohamed and will be coming back soon. Thanks a lot!

The villa is spacious, cozy, and nicely decorated It has a wide and private garden with a nice terrace where we spend most of our time. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach, which is completely sandy and clean. Perfect for swimming and kids. The marina is also close which is a bonus. There is a supermarket nearby in walking distance that has everything you might need. Einbay is a great resort we really enjoyed our time and Mohamed was very helpful and available whenever we needed anything.
