Pool heater broken

The friendliness, very quiet and clean

Clean, friendly staff, spacious kitchen had everything we needed.

Indoor pool was available but cold, not warm for guests to use

The room was clean and spacious. Furniture was comfy.

Front desk clerk was exceptional, the room was immaculate, spacious, and comfortable; it was like having your own little studio apartment. I liked that there was a kitchenette area with most amenities needed to bring in your own food, prepare and eat in.

There was really nothing that I can think of that I did not like.

The room set up was great. There was a curtain to separate the bed from the living room area. The sink toilet and shower all behind a door. Full mirror in room. Breakfast included.

The bathroom door was a sliding door and did not lock. No fan in bathroom. Room was by elevator, so noiser than we would like.

The beds were super comfortable and our room was spacious. The mini kitchen and fridge were a bonus!

I used booking.com to make this reservation, which wouldn't allow me to access the reservation on the Hilton Honors app.
