The facilities were very clean and well-stocked. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, there is a full kitchen to utilize and every amenity you could need. The breakfast was amazing for hotel breakfast! Hot and cold pre-wrapped offerings as well as a yogurt/oatmeal bar and of course, fresh waffles. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Wish the price point was better, but can’t complain with service received.

Hide-a-bed had dead and live bugs on it when pulled out. Staff provided a new room however, this left a negative impact on the entire stay. Also shampoo and conditioner were empty in both rooms we were in.

I loved that every room was a suite. It was great to have a comfy place to work while I was in the room along with a full refrigerator, microwave, sink and dinnerware. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. No complaints.

I wish hotels (in general) would include Netfllix with the room fee. I don't want to login to my account and risk forgetting to log out and the live TV option only had a handful of channels. But this is applicable to every hotel - not just this one - and a very small gripe in the big picture.

The kitchen area was bigger and better than I had anticipated. It was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of room for our leftovers from going out to eat and stuff we brought to make lunches ourselves. And the microwave was there to heat everything up. There was even a dishwasher there to was dishes we never used. Staff was very helpful and brought extra linens and towels and washcloths and they brought me a shower chair as I an disabled and can't stand for long periods of time.

I wish the pool was open a little later. I think if there isn't a lifeguard in there any other time what difference does it make if me and my 17 year old daughter get in the pool to help my back before bed. And the only other thiing is I wish the breakfast was open longer, especially on weekdays. We were only told the weekend times so Monday morning 2 if us got breakfast and 2 of us didn't.

The breakfast was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The room was big and was very good.

Breakfast needs some help. Pre-made eggs dishes were not enjoyable. Would’ve preferred more fresh options vs pre-packaged. Paper plates and plastic cutlery were offered on Sat/Sun. Food items were slow to be re-stocked.
