Stylish Cozy Tree House Pet Friendly!!!

The location is convenient and the space is clean.

Rental wasn't ready when we arrived at 3:30, but I did appreciate seeing how thorough the cleaners were.

Got to the house at midnight. Once arrived someone else was in the home. Took pictures and a video showing someone else was there. No response from the host. We texted and emailed as per instructions. We had to find another place after midnight. Host contacted me the following morning. Very ride! Asking over and over “did I do this” or “did I do that”. I explained that I had screen copies of the reservation and instructions. It said on the reservation we had the “entire home”. He was very nasty telling me we should have read a sticker on the door and gone around back to another area. I explained we were not going up to the door in an unfamiliar place at midnight with another family in the home. We could see through the curtains. The address matched the reservation. It also said the entire house was ours. Nowhere did it say go around back! Host was rude questioning us. He continued to send text messages and showed us pictures of what the reservation supposedly said. We have screen copies of the original reservation and instructions. He went in and modified them. We have the information to the bank and getting our money back.

How me and my family was sleep and was waken by the owner beating on the door with a slick attitude asking how I booked the property he don't see it when did I do it and because he had someone else suppose to be there and I'm like you literally had all day to check things out with me and I even called the owner spoke with him at 3.03pm to see how to get in the property but waits to after midnight because multiple people booked then I leave the door open go get my phone to show him he slick steps in and seen me and stepped out just to say it smelled like dope first off we dont do drugs and my family was there and most was kids that he looked at sleep on the couch too the place was beautiful just will never book that experience again.

This was a perfect location for my sister and my mini girls vacation! It was clean, convenient and no one bothered us. The house is in the back of another "sister house", which was perfect for our trip. We would definitely rent this spot if we go back to Wilmington. 😃

Bedswerent made up for us. But I work in the hospitality field, so I understand it's not always easy. They let us check in early, so it's fine. Wasn't an inconvenience, just unexpected
