Nice spacious room

Tiny kitchen with no equiptment. A whole bunch of rusted cake tins and not much else The veranda is failing down. Watch were you step on the deck or you will go threw it. Chairs failing apart. Tap fell off the wall. Nothing cleaned properly Shower was disgusting

The location was great, very fitting as we stopped in Hamilton to do shopping and was a bonus that the base is only down the road!

The house is warm and quiet and close to everything. Base is just a 2min drive Hamilton CBD is about a 7min drive great location

Needs more pots and some bowels for salads, etc. Maybe the team looking after the property could get rid of some rubbish from previous holiday makers. Other then that it's a great place with a lovely friendly cat. 😊
