Spacious 3 bedroom villa - Walk to the beach

Villa was classy and clean

No supplies other than water for price stayed at lower price point villas that have supplied tea and coffe and fruit at leas for 1st day to ensure you settle in comfortably. . Was sold as being an option for our group however daughter had to sleep on a couch which was suppose to be a sofa bed and there was no bedding supplied for it . Had to sort it out our self. No warning about the condition of bingin Beach before arrival no access due to demolition hence negating the quality location premium.

This villa is well located, a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Uluwatu. It's a very spacious villa with a nice pool. It's very clean, with daily cleaning. Very good communication with villa management. Thanks to Heri and team any small issue with drain block and air con was solved same day. Around the corner is the Cashew Tree restaurant, where you can have a very good breakfast.

„Walk to the beach“ is valid for Bingin Beach. Unfortunatly this beach was closed due to reconstruction during our stay.

This is a beautiful place. Modern and roomy, we loved it and would stay there again no question.

The only slight downside is the outdoor space. Whilst lovely, there isnt much outdoor space ...it still wouldnt deter us returning.

The showers did block up. Beds were a little hard and lumpy. The walk to beach has changed due to demolition of some closer cafes.

Las instalaciones la casa, cada edtancia es maravillosa. Muy amplia, nueva, y cómoda. La limpieza, que cada día venían a limpiar. Heri, nuestro manager, atento a todo. Una estancia maravillosa.

Hay un gimnasio al lado y el primer día empezaron con música antes de las 8 am.

This is a stunning house that matches the pictures when booking! We were met at the house by the housekeeper and walked through the house and electric gate system. Cleaners came daily, but were not intrusive and made everything sparkle. Location is close to Cashew Tree and we had been warned that Thursday nights can get a little loud. We hardly heard it! Close enough to walk to everything. Pool was pristine and inviting

one of the upstairs bathroom showers doesn't drain as quickly as it should, so make sure you have a floor mat down but away from the shower entry. VERY MINOR issue!
