Spacious 3 bedroom villa - Walk to the beach

An immaculate villa. So beautiful. Very well appointed with everything you’re ever going to need. Lovely pool and BBQ area. Well located 5 mins from beach and close to Bingin. 20 mins walk to awesome gym, 5 min car ride to great row of bars and shops. Nice a quiet. Awesome! Henri the manager and the cleaning staff are amazing and very very helpful.

I couldn't recommend this villa enough, the stay was amazing from the day we checked in till the day we left. The service was unreal and if we ever needed anything it was sorted for us without any issue. Also villa is in a great location walking distance to everywhere.

The location is fantastic and the villa is new, clean, modern. The entry passcode system was great and the staff were friendly and approachable.

The property advertised a laundry was available. As a family with young children, we would not have booked a villa without a laundry. When we arrived the laundry was locked and despite querying this, we were told there was no access to the laundry. There was a laundromat close by, but this was not equivalent to having a laundry on site to wash clothes and towels, especially after being in the ocean. Second to this, there was limited space outside to hang wet towels / beach towels. The outdoor cushions did not have covers on them and therefore remained wet the entire time Also, the plumbing would back up and throughout our stay, a smell came from the bathrooms and at times bathrooms could not be used due to backing up of water.

Modern build and clean, close proximity to beach, good restaurants and spas. Friendly and helpful staff

Outdoor furniture can become wet with rain and takes days to dry out, Perhaps some covers are needed.

We loved this Villa so much! Travelled as a couple and 2 friends and everyone had their space. The Villa is awesome, very fresh and new. The staff are incredible, always helpful and kept the Villa clean and tidy for us.

The design, architecture and decor was absolutely beautiful. Bali is unusually humid at the moment, so the aircon was very welcomed after coming home and worked exceptionally well. The location was perfect; within walking distance to everything including the beach of course. The about me book with places nearby etc would have been super helpful for someone who hasn’t been to the area before. The water filter was a great touch, as was the walk in robe for all of your clothes, and the number of electrical points. Property was secure with cameras and a PIN code, you had access to both which ensured you felt safe and comfortable.

The tiles outside were very slippery when wet, so a warning in the book about these would be good to avoid any incidents. There is construction across the lane with new villas going up which is normal for this area as it is continuing to grow. It is between the hours of 9am-5pm mostly. This may bother some, but to us it was ok it didn’t damper our stay. The washing machine was closed off, this would have been handy to use but in there is a laundry mat down the road.

Insanely beautiful property with a really good location we could walk everywhere! Staff were amazing and villa was always immaculate!
