The flat is clean. Beds are comfortable. Heating works well. Parking a bit small for a big car, but it works if you dont have another car parked next to you. 2 EV charges on site for all flats to share. Easy to get too. Walking distance to The Lexicon, Bracknell. Accommodates 4 people. Check in and check out with key safe box.

Flat had not been maintained. Smells of dump (probably because radiators are left off when not rented out). Iron stained, sauce pans and frying pan old and damaged, cutlery missing and not enough for 4 people. Only wine glasses provided. Staines on carpets. Stains on ceiling after repair. Not enough toilets paper or toiletries for 4 night stay for 4 people. Towels too small and too thin. No toilet roll holders. Nowhere to hang your towels (just a small radiator). Nowhere to put your toothbrush. In kitchen only one dishwasher tablet is left for you (have to buy myself), the same with washing liquid - one pod for washing machine (have to buy). Communication when complained not good as staff was off on holiday and no emergency staff available. Have now received an apology.

It could have done with a slightly larger sofa or an armchair as there were 3 of us staying, but that's only a small observation

The flat was as described - location was just what we needed and the property was clean and tidy. Key collection was simple, parking was easy and communication with the host was really good both before and during our stay. The flat is very lovely nice - simple and plain inside but clean and tidy and has everything you need for a short stay. The cleaning cloths/sponge and dishwasher tablets were a nice touch that many properties overlook.

A few things that were noted as broken/missing on reviews from as far back as December 2024 still haven't been addressed. For example, the kitchen bin lid is still broken and unable to close and of the four bedside lamps, only one worked and two had their bulbs missing entirely. These are small things and didn't detract from our stay but the fact they come up repeatedly on reviews and don't get addressed is a shame, as they're small details that would be quick and cheap to fix. The big thing that did bother us was that the lamps were missing bulbs but were left plugged in and switched on at the wall. We were staying with our 3 year old and this was noted on the booking, but the flat was left unsafe. Fortunately we discovered them early on and unplugged them and put them in a wardrobe so she couldn't touch them, but not the safest really.
