Situation central du logement pour découvrir et visiter l'ile de Grana Canaria. Commerces et centre ville à immédiat. Propreté,calme la nuit La rénovation récente. Equipement complet.

Difficulté à se garer. Appartement un peu sombre ( présence d'un seul petit patio comme point de lumière).
