Royal Mile - Bright 2 Bedroom Apartment

Location great for sightseeing, but also in the middle of the party zone so fairly loud outside until late at night.

Instructions were not sent for accessing unit until after we had departed the US. Took 3 hours to access someone from the rental agency, while sitting outside on the street with luggage. Unacceptable accessing system. Also never made aware that the unit was on the fourth floor and only accessed by a medieval winding stone staircase Dragging heavy luggage to the top was challenging and unexpected.

Perfect location

The stairs are very difficult as they are worn and slippery.

Lovely, 5th floor view of the Royal Mile. Comfy apartment as a base for sight-seeing.

We didn't pay attention to the information about 5 flights of narrow, steep stairs! Do not miss that info!

I was not able to get in because the management:MyStayin did not give me the door code. Called them many times and emailed booking.com, and therefore did not stay at Royal Mile 2 bedroom apt at all. Waited at the entrance of the property for more than 3 hours, half of which in the rain! I tried to call customer service 3X, 20 mins each and was not able to talk to anyone! Had to frantically find a nearby hotel for the next 2 days! Totally unacceptable!

We were not able to stay because we were not able to get a door code!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable!

The property does not sleep 4! One person had to sleep on the sofa! The spiral staircase is dangerous and there is no one there to help with luggage. The noise from the street only allowed us about 4 hours sleep!

Clean and comfortable. Very central, so a bit noisy.
