The facilities are ok.

I expect the unit have induction stove but no. Fortunately, they have microwave, kettle and fridge.

I stayed with my mother attending a conference at the Setia City Convention Centre. It is very convenient, walking distance. The host is also very understanding and responsive. There is a minimart downstairs, and it is easy to buy snacks and drinks. Walking distance to Setia Walk Mall with loads of food options. Comfy room.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Stay at Zillion Cozy - Request for Action Dear Booking.com Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Zillion Cozy - Trefoil Setia Alam. My experience was far from what was advertised, and I feel cheated by the property management. Here are the key issues I encountered: Unexpected Deposit: Upon booking, I was informed of a RM200 refundable safety deposit, which was not mentioned prior to booking. This high amount was unexpected and inconvenient. Ignored Cleaning Request: Before checking in, I requested the property management to thoroughly check and clean the room. Unfortunately, my request was ignored. Misleading Advertisement: The property was nothing like what was advertised. It was in a bad condition, dusty, and smelly. Despite requesting a refund, I was offered a room change, which turned out to be in the same poor condition. Late Cleaning Offer: When I complained about the room’s condition, they offered to send cleaners, but it was already late. They then offered another property, which was away from the one I booked, and requested extra payment for it. I rejected this offer and requested to reduce the days instead, but they insisted on extra payment. Poor Communication: I wasted an entire day arguing via text and calling multiple times without any response. This lack of communication was extremely frustrating. Unacceptable Living Conditions: The bed was broken, the house was dusty and smelly, bathroom doors couldn’t close, and the bedsheets were also smelly and dusty. There were no cleaning supplies like a broom, dustpan, or mop. The air conditioner was noisy, and all the cleaners were Bangladeshi men, which made me uncomfortable. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Given that this is a non-refundable property, I was forced to stay for the entire week despite the horrible conditions. I have pictures as proof of the issues mentioned and can share up to four of them. I urge Booking.
