It’s different from what I saw in Booking.com

they were fast at replying my texts and the room was clean

first of all the access card were broken by the last customer and i cant use it for the parking. they only provide one access card which is very dificult. since we need the access card to enter the lift, i literally had to retouch the card for many times for it to function. theres this one time where i literally stuck inside the lift with no service on my phone and was so scared. luckily theres this kind cleaning lady who helps us going upstairs to the room. the room was clean and cozy but a bit spooky. they DID NOT mention the rm200 deposit when booking. they need to mention the deposit amount when people r booking!!! 200 is alot. but i understand why they need the deposit but they NEED TO MENTION. the tv was so difficult to use and the wifi is so slow and i rather use my own data. they also need to service their aircond.
