The Den was fantastic. There was everything you needed, it was beautifully decorated,cosy and clean. I will definitely return.

Everything was great there was nothing that I didn't like.

Very well equipped and cosy. Had everything and much more than similar accommodation.

Parking was a bit challenging but I did have a long wheelbase van so would be ok for a standard car.

"A very comfortable bijou place."

A beautiful little bijou property, skilfully converted, with many thoughtful touches.

The only reason we didn’t give a full mark for the facilities was that there was a problem with water temperature, possibly after a recent storm. However, the owners promised to rectify this asap.

"Perfect for our needs but a longer stay with more time spent in the venue might feel cramped"

Great location. Excellent wifi. Well appointed and comfortable with handy 'useful information' and maps. Very clean and tidy and a welcome pint of milk and some water in the fridge upon arrival.

The toilet so close to the wall - though understand the space limitations - a taller person might struggle a little. Steps to mezzanine/bed very steep - older/less able folk might have some difficulties.

"Cosy Den with friendly helpful hosts"

Cosy, self-contained bolt hole perfect for an overnight stay or weekend. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were nice touches. Sue was a very friendly and helpful host with some good tips on local restaurants etc

Not the easiest to find but a quick call with Sue sorted that.

"Ideal stop off for Southampton Cruise"

Very good facilities. Well stocked .Ideal for one night stay on way to cruise terminal at Southampton. Beautiful setting .

The steps up to the bed. Not ideal when you need to go to the loo during the night and the bathroom extractor fan stayed on too long.

We had everything we needed and was very peaceful. Complimentry tea, coffee, milk biscuits and cereal, though we brought our own, but is handy for tbose who didnt until tbey get to the shops.

Washing pots in the bathroom but we coped.
