‘The Den’ Self contained one bedroom annexe.

It was clean, simple but generally well equipped.

A basic kitchen with limited washing up facilities.

It was a nice property, with an upstairs gallery bedroom and a lounge area plus a showeroom downstairs. Well laid out and decor was nice too. Location is quiet and peaceful, yet very convenient.

Kitchenette was quite small so if something a bit bigger could be fitted in somehow it would be good for people who were staying longer (though it was fine for me). Maybe some more trees/screening to make the area around the property more private from the main house. But otherwise good.

Beautiful spot by one of the Test's streams complete with the ducks. Absolutely lovely for 2 agile people as the short stairs to the bedroom on the mezzanine are very steep. The flat had a small lounge with woodburner and was the same price as the normal bedroom in the usual hotel so great value for the money. The .George pub a short walk from The Den was great too. The food was cooked beautifully and wasn't a bad price for such delights.

Outstandingly relaxing with a lovely private secluded garden complete with babbling brook running through it. The wood burning stove complete with a more than adequate fuel supply was a great unexpected bonus.

The kitchenette is very small and cramped. Whilst perfectly adequate for our use, it might be just that bit too cramped for some. The private parking was useful but very tight if you have a large car, but hey, if I could get mine in there anyone else should be able to as well!

Nice quiet spot with local pub that has garden for the good weather I had 🙂 Bathroom and cooking area small but sufficed. Tall folk would have a problem in the bathroom!
