GBGreat location, cheap and staff very helpful
Check in process wasn’t ideal but they sorted it all for us - very helpful
GBIt was central and warm but you'd be better off staying in a Premier Inn - at least there you'd get clean bedding and towels and they provide cups for hot drinks!
The lobby was piled with stinking refuse bins with food debris in the lift and hallway. Bedding was dirty and cheap. Fire alarm beeped all night. No lights/lamps in bedrooms. The TV had no sound. Not enough cutlery, glasses or crockery. A kitchen you can't really use so we ended up going out which defeats the purpose of renting an apartment! No electric shower. It attaches to bath taps ( good luck getting the temperature right)! Nowhere to put toiletries in bathroom. Windows jammed either open a crack or closed. No help when requested with the above after check in ( not even to replace the dirty used bedding) and then they denied I'd contacted them after I complained to Booking.com. I would not recommend. It needs to be upgraded and brought up to standard.
GBLocation
No tv ariel so couldn't watch tv only youtube
GBApartment was warm and comfortable
Check in process was terrible and completely unacceptable. No keys in the lock box for our apartment. After standing around in the cold, waiting for the host to find a solution, we allocated a different apartment. Obtained keys out of a different lock box, walked in the apartment to find someone living there! Very embarrassing! Again, stood around waiting for a solution from the host where we were finally allocated an apartment.
GBSpotlessly clean, comfortable, lovely feeling of space. Relaxing stay with good facilities. Great central location, which was surprisingly quiet. Good to be able to stay in a really old building being brought back to life
I missed having a bedside table! A shame that the second lift was broken, but a only few extra stairs to climb.
GBClean and spacious
No bulb in bedside lamp, no bedside tables, only 4 chairs in the whole flat. 2 min walk from the front entrance to the door of the flat. No parking offered with flat (although advertised as having parking). Had to pay £20 per night in nearby car park.
GBWe liked the layout of the flat.
It's not very good for young families, too many stairs if you need to carry young children.

GBEverything was generally tidy, WiFi was good, mattresses were comfy
A lot of bits was damaged when we arrived I took pictures for evidence from worktops, toilet seat, blinds in all rooms and more
GBThe living room was nice and spacious and the beds were comfy and soft. Everything clean. The building was quiet and it felt very private.
There was a duvet and pillow for the sofa bed but they didn't have sheets like a pillow case or duvet cover. Some extra towels would have been good too. The WiFi also didn't work well enough to connect to devices.
