Nothing. The flat was not what was advertised on booking.com.
Broken facilities, including the fridge/freezer, broken mattresses, poor quality bedding, poor communication, no cups, no bin liners , no hot water on arrival, dirt and mould on the walls, and no attempt to correct any of the above.

"All in all it was fantastic value, comfy and spacious and in a great location. We would stay here again"

The property was in a fantastic location in the city centre, everything we needed was a 10 minute walk away. The parking on Eyre street was £8 a day and only 10 minutes walk from the apartment which was great. The flat itself was very spacious and the rooms were comfy. There were tea and coffee in the cupboard which was nice
It’s up quite a few flights of stairs, this didn’t bother us but I can see it being an inconvenience to less abled or elderly people.
