Great central location within easy walking distance to the city. The apartment was warm, comfortable, cosy and secure. The kitchen was well equiped and there was a small courtyard to sit outdoors.

Unfortunately, overall we didn’t enjoy our experience. While the location was convenient and check-in was easy, the cleanliness and comfort of the room really impacted our stay. After the first night we ended up moving to the couch as the bed was extremely hard and squeaked loudly every time we moved. When removing the sheets, we also noticed a yellow stain on the mattress protector which did not appear to have been properly washed. This made the stay feel quite uncomfortable and disappointing. We also noticed dishes hadn’t been washed properly, windowsills dirty, basins, grubby and the rug was so gross it needs replacing. We won’t be back

设施齐全，厨房用具除了没有筷子其他都有。有洗衣机可烘干。地点距离新摄政街步行仅十来分钟，到那里就可以乘坐一天可多次上下的游览电车，走遍城区核心的主要景点。价钱相对来说也不贵。

The instructions for some of the electrical appliances need to be simplified for anyone over 60. The bed is noisy & could be more comfortable. A black out blind .
