We arrived at 5h40 am at Udaipur and although our rooms were not available (check in was much later) they allowed us to sleep in a small room in the reception. Also, they allowed us to leave our bags at the reception after check out. Impeccable staff and always ready to help with anything.

There were cockroaches in the room. The neighbour restaurant had super loud music everyday, which only stopped at 23/23:30. We could hear the music like if we were in that restaurant.

The location where the hotel is located is good

I stayed for 3 nights and not even a single day there ws room cleaning service very disappointed towel were torn bedsheets wr untidy there was cockroach i was in room 207 where wifi connection is zerooooo when i asked them to check he said maybe wifi does not reach ur room ... excuseee me is this even a reason... next to my room window there was big speaker till night 11 u will hear loud music very disturbing the service of this hotel looks lazy sleepy maybe just sitting to collect money which is not worth the stay.

The view from the hotel is good. The staff is also welcoming. Definitely a sure stay at the place.

First the hotel asked us to cancel our reservation made on booking so they will "upgrade" us to a better room. The room was full of cockraches! I killed maybe 3 and saw others in the toilet seat etc.... We booked for 2 night and stayed only one but the hotel refused to reimburse us for the second night! Do not go there!!

Poor service,u have to call repeatedly for room sevice,extra charges 500 rs for parking,AC is not functioning properly, suffocating in rooms apart from rooms that are facing lake...1 bootle of water cost me 60 rupees that is not Even bisleri or himalaya just normal... Attitude of staff also very poor..Not worth it apart from location

Rooms back side are totally dark. No natural light or fresh air. Water running off in rooms. Even after complains no proper response. Bed mattress are horrible, all old mattress.
