Hotel is at a very good location. One must try lake side view room. Kamil at the reception was a very good host and always extended any help or support required. Their rooftop cafe was also very good, just visit during late evening hours: live music and vibe.

The location and the view are the main USP . The manager was kind enough to show me options of room. I had the best view from my room not only it was a lake view but had witnessed the sunrise too. This location is near the market and most of the tourist place . Safe for solo travellers .

The location was perfect — right in the heart of the tourist hub, surrounded by plenty of cafés and restaurants. We stayed in a lake-facing room, and the view was absolutely stunning. The staff was super friendly and upgraded our room at a nominal price.

The bathroom could have been better.

Unfortunately we were not happy at all about quality of the room. We had cockroaches and the room was not clean, except for the bed sheets and towels. This was one of the most expensive hotel since now (1 week), we payed 3900rupies, but it was not the best at all. We told about bugs in the room, but it did not surprise the manager of the hotel. Also the wall near the bin was extremely dirty.

This was my most impromptu booking done so far, I booked the hotel a day before the trip based on very minimal research from google reviews. I wanted to book something which is in old city center and max attractions are walking distance from the hotel, this one fitted considering hygiene and the location. Hygiene: 5/5 Location: Near Lake Pichola. The cab driver dropped us near Ambata Mata temple and that was location to pick up as well. The cabs are not allowed on inside route (traffic rules) but it is walking distance from the temple even with the luggage. Food: 5/5 especially their chilli garlic noodles Our room booked was back side view but the executive Shrey was kind enough to give us a complimentary upgrade for the third night (lake side room). Overall it was a great experience. Thanks
