1. Window size and natural light. 2. Room price: Located near nice walking areas. 3. Backyard: Nice place to grill and relax if you could.

1. Not as pictured: Many of the blinds are broken and dirty, bathroom is nearly unusable due to odor emanating from the shower and sink drain. The A/c in my room likely sickened me as much as the bed with the broken frame did. 2. Kitchen appliances were all unusable: The coffee maker has something melted in it. The dishwasher is always left dirty and doesn’t self clean well. The oven is greasy and so is the stove. The refrigerator is full of old vegetables and expired food. 3. Staff did not help: I contacted them several times ands they did respond with the right things to say but nothing changed. Roommates kept disturbing me with their silent act of making the place filthy and rushing me out of the bathroom.

i don't like that they never gave me my refunded security deposit back to me. still waiting on 104$ and i stayed here on july 2nd...it's july 14th!!! i keep trying to call the number but it doesn't even ring anymore! do not go here this place will scam you for your money!

Property is well located and like all others in the south Philly hosted in an old house with some renovation. Apartment and bathroom were clean, fresh sheets and linen. AC was already on when I arrived, which was a nice touch - it was very hot outside. It’s a few blocks from South Broad Street and B1 Subway station. There’s a supermarket and bars around.

The Wifi speeds were erratic and unstable. I wouldn’t recommend for work or any streaming service.

You need to fix the door to the bedroom and put a TV in there as well and how long does it take my deposit to go back on my card
