I liked the fact that I couldn’t hear the car alarms from my room. Good wall insulation.

The old shag carpet. I would prefer astroturf.

"Quiet and private. Clean for the most part."

Property was cheap

Couldn’t find temperature control. Kitchen wasn’t clean upon arrival. Fridge had left over food. Towel was ripped due to being aged.

"Small and cramped."

The air conditioner was a bit on the weak side, and let air leak out around the edges. The bed was blocking the closet door from opening.
