Only good location

Despite the complaint that the air conditioner wasn’t working, the property owner did not fix it.

Aircon might need a service. Didn’t cool very well

No WiFi connection to only Spanish programs only allowed one set of keys made it very difficult on people wanting to do different things asked for a second set no only 1set when complained about WiFi connection never resolved it

Excellent location. Accessibility to the apartment. Quite spacious. Fairly comfortable beds. Iron and ironing board provided.

Dim lighting in one of the bedrooms and in the living area (money saving?). One table lamp not working. The Inconsistency of the warm water. Asked to dispense of rubbish into street bins that did not exist. Worse of all, arrived just after 10pm exhausted and very tired only to be faced with a demand of a penalty fee of 20 euros without any previous warning or statement of the fine.

Good communication. The apartment is clean and standard equipped. We didn't miss anything, we would love to come back.

The location cannot be beat!

Hot water was an issue and runs out very quickly (in order to have a hot/warm shower, you have to get wet, turn off the water and lather up, then turn the water back on to rinse). Also, the toilet button sticks & doesn't flush well, even by European standards (you must flush about 6 times to really get it to flush even liquids & you don't hit the button to double check, the water will keep running). .
