I recently stayed at this apartment, and there were both positive and negative aspects to my experience. On the positive side, the apartment's central location was very convenient for exploring the city. It made it easy to access various attractions and restaurants, which was a big plus. The apartment itself was also quite nice. It had a comfortable layout and provided a good amount of space for our group. This was definitely a positive aspect of our stay.

However, there were several negative aspects that significantly impacted our experience. Firstly, cleanliness was a major issue. When we arrived, the apartment was not as clean as we expected, and this was disappointing. Furthermore, the broken base bed was a significant inconvenience. Initially, the property management was unable to provide a replacement, forcing one of our guests to sleep on the floor. It was only after some persistence and a delay until 9 pm that we finally received a new base bed. The delayed cleaning of the apartment was another downside. We had to endure a less-than-ideal living environment until the following day when the cleaning was eventually done. Lastly, the fact that we had to spend a considerable amount of time dealing with issues during our three-day holiday was frustrating. We had to engage in multiple conversations with both the property manager and the booking support, which took away from our vacation experience. In summary, while the central location and the apartment itself were positive aspects of our stay, the issues with cleanliness, the broken bed, delayed cleaning, and the time spent addressing problems were significant drawbacks. It's essential for the property management to address these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

Modern, spatious, comfortable and clean apartment on quiet small street i Valencia old town. Separate rooms for shower and toilet. Efficient AC.

Shower hotwater came and went so taking a shower required patience.

Perfect location, clean and tidy, beds were very comfortable and staff was very nice and easy to deal with

The toilet was dirty on arrival. It then flooded all over the floor on our first evening and ‘emergency’ help took 30 mins to arrive while we mopped up the water by ourselves. The floor wasn’t cleaned afterwards (and I doubt it was after we left!) so we felt like we had to wear shoes in the apartment for the rest of the stay to avoid treading on the dirty floor. We barely got an apology, let alone any kind of refund, and we were made the feel like it was our fault somehow. Messages were ignored and our concerns were not addressed. The ironing board was also broken and the fridge was barely any colder than the room itself. I understand these things happen but it was dealt with very poorly and rudely by the host.
