Great location everything we needed was in the apartment. Host was very prompt with instructions for check in and out. Would definitely use aqain if we came back to Birmingham

Layout of apartment. Easy walk to train station.

Access was through overflowing bin store. No balcony - just floor to ceiling window. Sofa stained and cigarette burn. Floor dirty with spilled drink. Filthy, used bathmat. Shower unusable as too hot and not adjustable even after being 'fixed'. No mattress cover. No wine glasses just 3 mismatched tumblers, 1 dinner plate. Washing up liquid too watered down to work, dish sponge ancient and unusable. Nightclub across the road kept us awake til 4.30am Sunday. Most definitely not 'luxe'

Really comfortable and clean apartment within a short walk of the city centre (and close to Gas Basin). I would definitely recommend it and also stay here again.

"An enjoyable stay & ideal central location."

The location was ideal & close proximity to New Street Station. Communication was great & how to access keys & building was spot on. Apartment was comfortable & had everything we needed.

"clean apartment and also the whole building too"

the bed was comfy bathroom great ,bath and shower
