Luxe 1 Bedroom Comfy Apartment - City Centre

Location to the Mailbox & canal side restaurants and Birmingham city centre.

After a bit of a rigamarole getting access to the apartment for our 3 night stay we were disappointed to find hairs still on the bathroom floor, no floor towel provided despite previous guest comments- the white shiny floor tiles are slippery when wet, it was dangerous, so we used the one hand towel supplied. The utensils in the drawer filthy, we had to wash them prior to using, the pots & pans ruined & dirty, we couldn’t cook in them. No tea towel supplied, just a used sponge & dish washing liquid. No dishwasher or washing machine tabs supplied, considering they are advertising a lux, deluxe short stay accomodation. No ironing board, 2 small shower towels for 3 nights. Heated towel rail couldn’t be used. Stained sheet & mattress, didn’t even have a mattress protector on the bed. Lounge suite was uncomfortable & stained. No live TV. We did speak to somebody voicing our concerns after returning our key, who was going to speak to a manager & get back to us. We haven’t heard back from them.

Very well equipped, clean, perfect location.

The sofa wasn’t very comfortable. Couldn’t close the bedroom window and was very noisy outside, being so central.

Modern decor. Clean. Smelt nice. Had a lot of amenities. Comfy bed

There was no ironing board. Parking would be an issue but we got a on street spot luckily. No live Tv

Very comfortable and modern, the apartment was stylish and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable and had a lovely large wardrobe in the bedroom.

There were only two small hand towels in the property so could have done with some bigger towels, especially if more than one person was staying. Also, it’s a shame guests can’t use the car park for the apartments instead of the ncp car park which you have to pay every time you want to leave the car park but apart from this it was perfect.
