Size of room

Oh my god the noise and the led street light and pathetic blind ! Upstairs nightmare int 2.3/3Am sounding like they were moving furniture constantly and the streetlight !!!! Led get a black out blind !!!!

Location for the Uni is fantastic for the Uni.

The dustbin men are on strike which is Birmingham wide but impacts the road

Nothing really was just easy to get tovwork from rhere.

The place was not clean, carpet looked dirty, bathroom had human hair, dust was visible. The bed was very low and soft from wear and tear. A lot of rubbish bins overflowing with garbage on the stree,outside the property and windows. Couldn't open the windows fir fear of flies and rodents getting in. Took ages waiting to get the key. The pillows were worn and smelly. When I requested to stay one more night because of convenience, I was offered an alternative room for £75.00 for the night so I left and went to a Premier Inn which was much clearer. Overall unacceptable!
