Nice clean room with outside space

It was on a busy main road so walking anywhere you had to walk down a busy road.. Heavy doors which banged whenever anybody left there apartment...dogs allowed could hear dogs barking some mornings... I was next door to.the lift could hear people using that...

The overall standard of accommodation was good. Although not detailed here, the cycling and walking facilities were excellent.

All of the booking and day to day management is off site. The information here suggests you provide a deposit on arrival: you actually get a contract by e-mail. We ended up with four transactions (one from Booking.com) processed on one day. The customer service line was less than helpful. On arrival an item from the previous guest had been left in the bathroom and the toilet roll had not been changed. You could only address this by messaging the next day. In the end we sorted it out ourselves. It’s marketed as a luxury apartment. We ended up feeling like we had been processed.

Good location,everything thought of,comfortable and clean

Bedding was comfortable, and got a great night's sleep. The shower was excellent. The lady at the desk was helpful.

The hoover in the apartment didn't seem to be working and there was no dust pan and brush. The coffee machine was also tricky to use, we couldn't figure it out. The fold out door bin was broken, as it was detatching from the door and stopping the door under the sink from closing.. however this wasn't too much of a problem as we figured out how to close with the bin.

Clean and had a well equipped kitchen. It was quiet and comfortable. The facilities for walkers, cyclists etc were excellent. There was plenty of car parking and electric chargers. It is a good location for visiting local attractions, waking etc and there are eating places you can walk to.

It was a bit small for the facilities arranged in it. The toilet seat was very loose, surprising in a new bathroom. We couldn’t find instructions for the coffee machine and it didn’t work for us. We were surprised that we were asked to strip the bed on leaving and remove the rubbish. Cheaper places have not asked for these things.

Easy of key collection, modern look

Tatty bits could be improved. Make terrace private or make it clear that it’s not as it said it was. Ripped bedding, there was new packets left in the room so they could have been used. More storage. No where to put anything. Too much stuff in bathroom or no plug near to mirror. Crockery needed washing and under cupboards was all coffee. Step would be handy as I couldn’t reach top cupboards

Apt was very small in comp to stretched photos but was extremely clean, lovely furniture and great location for a walk.

Title wording is misleading - private terrace is shared with the neighbours along your row, so there is no fencing between to keep dogs apart from other apartments.
