The Scullery - a quirky annex with wood fire

Great location in the Marsden hills. Welcoming and lovely hosts, we even got some fresh eggs the Hen had laid fresh. The accommodation was so clean. We had the cosiest time.

Very well equipped accommodation, couldn't want for anything. Cosy bedroom.and comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly owners. Lovely views of the surrounding area.

The rough, narrow road up to the property.

It was convenient for our event. It's a very sweet and clever imagining of the space. Everything we wanted to use in the kitchen was present.

The very narrow, pot-holed driveway. I almost came in my Aston Martin and would have been horrified if I had. They were having some work done on the house next door, which necessitated scaffolding. That was a little awkward.

Location is pleasant. It's not a chocolate box peak district village but then the price reflects that

Everything about the accommodation was great, very comfortable and very well equipped and more spacious then we were expecting. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Cat friendly too!

Nothing at the property to dislike but the single track road up was a bit rough.

The Scullery was exceptional and the host’s very very welcoming. We flew in to Manchester Airport and then got the train to the property. The journey was great and then we were excellently placed for a fantastic walking holiday in the south Pennines. Lovely extra touches such as freshly laid eggs waiting for us on arrival and all the kitchen condiments you could need. Gorgeous underfloor heating in the bathroom, games and lots of useful information provided. Just fantastic

The layout. The fact that blinds or curtains or both on windows and skylight making it dark and easier to sleep. \quiet but convenient location. Lovely hosts.

A comfier sofa in lounge area perhaps.
