Spacious 4 beds house with FAST WIFI and FREE PARKING ideal for businesses, visiting family or relocation

This place was immaculate throughout.. A lovely spacious house and plenty of parking for 2/3 cars. Great communication with the host. Would highly recommend

Great location, lovely and clean house. Lots of supplies so we had ample towels, toilet rolls etc. Spacious with a fab garden area too. Would highly recommend.

The house and garden are lovely and we really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location, great open plan kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. Large deck and great garden. Very comfortable beds and clean. Communication with host was excellent and instructions on entry was very clear. It was only a short drive to Harry Potter world which was perfect for our stay, I’d book again.

Nothing to complain about, property was as described and as per the pictures.

Host communication was great. They were very helpful with possible early check in.

Wonderful House. The house was excellently located with plenty of parking spaces. Having a quick stroll I stumbled on the Ellenbrook Field which is great for a walk/run and really pleasant with little rabbits hopping around. It is a short 6 minutes walk from the property. Check in was very easy and the beds were very comfortable. The house was equipped with everything one would need and had some great original period features. Great open plan kitchen and large deck with a large garden. It would be great for the summer months. I would easy come and stay again.

Nothing about the property, it was just a shame I wasn't able to fully use the garden due to the poor weather.

1/ We booked in early November and paid in advance only to be asked to pay an additional cleaning fee two months later in early January of £120. We did not and Booking honoured our reservation. 2/ When we arrived at the property slightly after 3pm, the boiler wasn’t working. It was extremely cold in the house with single glazed windows and 2 degrees Celsius outside. We had 4 children with us between the ages 3-6 years old and we were told a plumber would only be on site after an hour when it was dark and the temperature outside would have dropped making it even colder in the house. We had to leave the property as the place was not safe for the children to remain. The children were visibly shivering in their coats. The property owners are now refusing to refund even though the place was clearly not suitable for young children to stay.

Bedrooms very comfortable. Bathrooms nicely fitted. Great communication with owner. Location and parking perfect. Garden would be great in summer months. Very good value for money for one night. Would stay here again for bed/bath only one or two nights.

For the 4 of us, for one night, it was great. But advertised as suitable for 10 is not realistic. Dining table seats 4. Living area seats 3 at best. Basics in the kitchen not really adequate (we had to buy matches to light the hob; freebie McDonald’s salt sachets came across as a little cheap). Overall cleanliness was very good but the pull-out cupboard next to the fridge freezer was quite dirty. Kitchen very poorly equipped for a longer stay or more guests.

Beautiful property. Very comfortable with everything you could need. Easy to find. Parking and a lovely garden. Would definitely stay there again.
