Patty Maison - Large & New Central Apartment

First of all, the host is amazing! She is so kind, helpful, speaks perfect english and is up for special arrangements you might ask for. The location of the place is perfect, 7 mins walking from central station, it is super spacious with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It also has a terrace in one of the rooms, with a very nice view of the street. Neighborhood feels super safe even late at night because street lights make you feel like its almost daylight. Equiped with everything you need (even iron, ironing board and a small hairdryer).

The only thing we didnt like was the fact that we couldnt stay more :)

The location was great. It was a walking distance from the train station. There is a grocery store near by and some restaurants and walking distance to the Main Street. The apartment was fully available to us with two bedrooms, furnished kitchen and everything was clean. The manager was available to me on what’s up before and during our stay and she was able to accommodate us early upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay at Patty Maison. Thank you

I don’t really have any complaints. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator but that is not a complaint from me just more of an awareness. I don’t mind that at all. But I think it is good to know for anyone that is not able to climb four floors.

**Rating:** ★★☆☆☆ The accommodation was overall okay—practical, but not as fabulous as the pictures on this website. It served its purpose, but I wouldn't say it exceeded expectations. I don’t mind that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator—I actually enjoy walking—so that wasn’t an issue for me. However, the real problem was the host’s attitude. They were rude and seemed upset with me for no reason. All I did was try to turn on the heating by following the provided instructions, yet they acted as if I had done something wrong. To make matters worse, the heating wasn’t even working properly, and it was freezing inside. One of the rooms didn’t even have a proper thick blanket, which made the cold even more uncomfortable. Overall, it was an okay stay in terms of the apartment itself, but the host’s behavior and the lack of proper heating made it a disappointing experience.

Property was nice there wasn’t a couch or living area but very comfortable.

The stairs were not easy to get our luggage up to the apartment. I didn’t mind the stairs but getting your luggage up the stairs was a little difficult.

The apartment is conveniently located near Bari's train station, just a 10-15 minute walk from the city center. It’s on the 4th floor of a quiet building. The host is very welcoming and provided great tips for exploring the city and its surroundings.

The apartment wasn’t very clean, with noticeable dust on the floor. Single-use slippers were not provided, and the building lacks an elevator.

Perfect host, very good location close to the station and the center!
