The flat ok the host was horrible would never go back even if you she pays me to. Please do something about this host

‏Be aware scammers!!! ‏I don’t know how booking let this company selling on their platform . they literally tried to steal from me two times in one order!!! ‏First I booked and I received a communication from the company from a girl named Noemi (that later treated me) that I need to pay extra 35 euros for cleaning services. The list in booking doesn’t mention it .I told her that, and she replied that they have a problem with booking and if I want I can call them to fix it(thank you for your suggestion for my vacation that’s exactly what I want to do??) ‏I told her that I have no intention of calling them,and this is their problem and she can contact booking to sort their problem. The day after I arrived to the property and Noemi was there welcoming me helping with the luggage .she showed me the flat ,once she ‏has finished, I have noticed that she showed me only one bedroom. I asked her about the second room in the flat I because I booked the whole flat for 2 people which includes the whole flat!! And she told me, that I could get only one room. There I started to suspect are they doing it on purpose??? Again I told her and show her on booking website (I used it before many times) and again she told me to call booking!!!! I told her again that it is not my problem and she can call booking but I paid for the flat not only one room she was calling booking while still on the flat on the time that I paid for the flat and I asked her to do it outside .I’ve just arrived after long ride with my 70 years old mom I don’t need all these arrangements in the flat I paid for . but she refuse to leave and threaten me that this is her flat and she can do whatever she wants. I waited for her to finish the call to booking patiently and obviously booking ‏told her that I was right. It was after the cleaner work time so Noemi made the other room in an improvised way , not saying sorry or anything and left. ‏This company is trying to charge people extra money under the rules of bo

The location was convenient to the station

Little comfort. Second bedroom not prepared for sleep. No place to sit comfortably. Bedding inadequate. No kettle to boil water.

Exelent big apartment,clean,good location,kind hosts

In one of the rooms,the heater unit doesnt work.It was no heater in the kitchen.TV remout controls doesnt work.Free parking is actualy the streets around,if you can find place.

Easily accessed from train station. Good size bedrooms for two couples.

No toaster or kettle m, but we improvised.

property was clean, bright and comfortable. communication was good.

The apartment was not far from the central we could reach it by 15 mins walk.

There was only air conditioning in the entrance hallway but not in the bedrooms so in the summer heat we couldn’t sleep. The beds and mattresses were very old and uncomfortable. The shower was so tiny we couldn’t fit in. Also the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift so it was a struggle to get the luggages up. Also there was no living room to sit down.

The location was very central. It was a 10 minute walk to train station & 15 minute walk to the old town. Apartment was very clean & spacious. We really enjoyed our stay in Bari, and it was a great base to travel to different towns within the Puglia region.

Bed in master bedroom is not very comfortable.
