Modern 2bed close to the Promenade & Theatre

Lovely lounge and bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Great location - we prefer this end of the bay and it is near a great Artisan bakery for coffee at the start of the day AND real ale tap bar for the end of the day!

Bedding could be refreshed and fridge had partially used contents but overall a great place stay. Host was very helpful when we needed some assistance.

The kitchen had very few plates etc. No hot water in taps. Very dusty behind bedside table. Electrics in main bedroom bit dodgy, lamps had to be plugged in using extension lead. One lamp didnt work. The mattress in main bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. This property had not been kept up to.

Accommodation felt a little tired. Blind pushed into corner of kitchen, very mis matched crockery in kitchen. One small plate that wasn't plastic. Parts felt a little dirty / dusty. Bedside table lamp didn't work. Tie backs in lounge just left on floor. Information in folder really helpful but needed updating including how to use heating.

Location was good. Large flat with spacious rooms, lovely high ceilings. Easy to park on road outside. Very close to Venue Cymru. Easy walk to the shops/pier.

Musty smell in flat, kitchen especially - we had to keep spraying air freshener. Not able to open windows in kitchen or lounge. The whole place felt like it needed a bit of a deep clean, especially the kitchen. Too many wooden dust-collecting knick-knacks everywhere - would look so much better without all that. No hand towels in the toilets and no bath mat to step onto. Crockery a bit hotch-potch e.g. only 3 dinner plates and 2 small plates. Looked better in the photos. It has so much potential, just needs a little bit of TLC.

Very clean, quiet and good layout with 2 toilets.

Would have liked 2 sets of keys. Update the leaflets in the folder.

Extra toilet, very spacious

Location was excellent for a Venue Cymru show we were seeing. Shops and sea are really close by too. Perfect for what we needed it for. Bay window in lounge had sun alday, lovely to sit at the the table.
