Modern 2bed close to the Promenade & Theatre

Great location, lovely flat. Beds comfortable.

Arriving car parking was easy, good access to apartment, very comfortable and warm place to use and good location to get around.

Kitchen cupboard could be cleaner where pots were kept. And prefer authorpedic mattress to sleep on.

Very spacious clean and comfortable

Perfect location, just a minutes walk to the sea front and high street. On street parking was available FOC all day. Facilities in the flat were great with teas coffees and all kitchen stuff readily available. There is a selection of books and games which is a nice touch if the weather is bad. Towels and bedding were all provided and were all fine.

The renovation of the property was ok. This could have been done to a higher standard, the paint in the lounge especially was a bit tatty. But for the price, there was no complaints to be made! This is a beautiful old building and could do with some work doing in the communal hallway and especially on the exterior of the property and out the back!

The flooring in the flat was very slippery, parquet flooring, couldn’t work the TV, but not a bad thing, could do with a few more bits in the kitchen, no grill pan, for my bacon! no tongues and tin opener didn’t work for my beans!

It was in a great location. Very close to walk into town and to the shops and down to the seaside.

Dirty walls, spiders everywhere. Stained carpets. Towels advertised but not enough provided.

The location is excellent with ample on street parking immediately outside. The flat is spacious and the kitchen well stocked. Shops just round the corner, great chippy nearby and the Promenade just 100m walk.

Nothing was bad.
